White Lightning is lekker strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml mampoer vuurvreter and 60ml pineapple juice with 10ml bitters cinnamon kenny as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just pack ice into glass then add mampoer to glass and add bitters. Top with pineapple juice and garnish with slice of pineapple and served in a highball glass cold.
