Whisky Curry is lovely very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml whisky muirheads and 5ml mustard syrup with 5ml cumin syrup as well as 5ml curry leaf syrup including 5ml galangal syrup also 5ml turmeric syrup som together with 10ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with mustard seeds and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
