Method - Shaken - Cold

Put ice cubes into shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Shake well.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Scrummy

Gin Dry Finders - Finders Dry Gin is a wheat spirit with nine botanicals and Juniper orange peel and chamomile.

Gin Dry Finders

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

North Steyne Beach is scrummy full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin dry finders and 15ml vermouth dry with 45ml pineapple juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just put ice cubes into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake well. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
