Method - Poured - Cold

Add Welsh whisky into glass.
Pour in a little lemon juice.
Top glass with beer.

Whisky Penderyn - Penderyn myth single malt welsh whisky with mixed fruits apple pear drops and the merest hint of tropical fruits and in the mouth sweetness dominates then moves over a little to allow some refreshing bitterness.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Beer - Beer is brewed from cereal grains most commonly from malted barley though wheat maize and rice are also used and has an alcohol level between 4 to 6 percent.

Welsh Sheep Shagger is moreish smooth cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky penderyn and 10ml lemon juice with 250ml beer and good with afternoon tea. Just add welsh whisky into glass then pour in a little lemon juice and top glass with beer and served in a highball glass cold.
