Method
  1. Brew strong black tea.
  2. Drop quince pulp into warm glass.
  3. Pour in two shots of dark rum.
  4. Stir in waem strong tea.
  5. Good with tuna jerky.

Weddell Sea is extremely pleasant full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 60ml rum dark oak bundaberg and 10ml quince pulp with 90ml tea orange pekoe and good to have with brunch. Just brew strong black tea then drop quince pulp into warm glass and pour in two shots of dark rum. Stir in waem strong tea and good with tuna jerky and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
