Wasabi Chef Smash Cocktail

Heat Cubes

40% Alcohol By Volume

80 Proof

1.9 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Room Temperature

Grate Wasabi and add to shaker.
Add all other ingredients to shaker.
Drop in the cubes.
Shake well until vodka is infused with Wasabi.
Fine strain into glass.

Vodka - Vodka is a distilled beverage traditionally vodka is made through the distillation of cereal grains and or potatoes.

Wasabi - Wasabi or Japanese horseradish is a plant of the Brassicaceae family which also includes horseradish and mustard in other genera.

Heat Cubes - Heat cubes are like ice cubes but differ as they can be warmed and used with warm shaken cocktails and warm stired cocktails using convective heat transfer.

Wasabi Chef Smash is dainty full strength cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml vodka and had with cheese style dishes. Just grate wasabi and add to shaker then add all other ingredients to shaker and drop in the cubes. Shake well until vodka is infused with Wasabi and fine strain into glass and served in a balloon glass at room temperature.
