Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.

Uftra is finger licking full strength cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky liqueur drambuie and 15ml brandy grape armagnac chateau du tariquet with 15ml amaretto liqueur don ciccio and figli as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
