Zayo is mouth watering quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml chocolate liqueur brown flaschengeist and 30ml coffee liqueur sabroso with 10ml bitters chocolate abc as well as 10ml bitters coffee abc including 30ml cream and served for or with tiffins. Just warm glass then warm shaker and heat cubes and add all ingredients to warm shaker. Quick shake to mix and hawthorne strain into glass and serve with chocolate coffee truffle and served in a saucer glass warm.
