Method - Layered - Cold

Place the ice into shot rocks glass.
Add in apricot juice.
Splash the plum bitters on top.

Palinka Horvaths - Horvaths palinka is a hearty apricot brandy with a high distillate content not artificially flavored and not stained.

Apricot Juice - Apricot juice is using apricots made into a rich juice from crushed apricots.

Bitters Plum - Bitters Plum with richly flavoured fruity bitters with plum flavours.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Total Bunk is pleasant tasting quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 45ml palinka horvaths and 35ml apricot juice with 10ml bitters plum as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place the ice into shot rocks glass then add in apricot juice and splash the plum bitters on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
