Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Julep strain into glass.

Apple Liqueur - Apple liqueur is made by distilling apples into a full flavoured from apple liqueur.

Brandy Domestic - Domestic Brandy is made by mixing cognac and pure spirits with sugar and caramel for color and flavour.

Gin Stonebarn - Stonebarn Gin is characterised by subtle spice poached pears over a prominent earthy truffle backbone.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Torpedo Classic is dainty full strength cocktail at 2.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml apple liqueur and 30ml brandy domestic with 15ml gin stonebarn as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Julep strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
