Thriae is very enjoyable weak cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 15ml anise liqueur allens and 15ml ouzo adolo with 110ml consomme fish as well as 10ml lemon and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm glass and fish consomme then add anise and ouzo to glass and pour in warm fish consomme. Drizzle lemon juice on top and sprinkle a little greek spice mix on top and serve with tuna croquette on the side and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
