Third Officer is delicious strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum coconut admiral nelson and 15ml coconut juice with 40ml syphon vichy as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place the ice into tumbler then pour in coconut rum and add coconut juice. Top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
