Tequila Fizz is sour average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila blanco el toro and 10ml sugar syrup with 30ml lemon juice as well as 30ml syphon seltzer including 190ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add ice to glass so it can chill then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda and dry shake like crazy. Pour into glass over ice and top with soda and good with salty bar snacks and served in a highball glass cold.
