  1. Please the ice into glass.
  2. Add in a shot of okolehao.
  3. Pour in the soda water.
  4. Sprinkle the hibiscus liqueur on top.

Okolehao - Okolehao made by sailors from fermented roots of the ti plant in the 1780s. In 1790 an escaped convict brought distillation to Hawaii using the ti beverage to produce a highly alcoholic spirit which became Hawaiis only indigenous alcohol.

Tow In is appetitoso strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml okolehao and 15ml hibiscus liqueur with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just please the ice into glass then add in a shot of okolehao and pour in the soda water. Sprinkle the hibiscus liqueur on top and served in a highball glass cold.
