Spanish Town is sharp full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml rum light white appleton and 20ml tang orange with 90ml soda water as well as 130ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently dry stir without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a goblet glass cold.
