Spank Bank is gorgeous light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml orange liqueur and 30ml tea liqueur with 90ml tea as well as 60ml evaporated milk including 50ml ice also 30ml tapioca ball orange and best with morning tea snacks. Just brew tea and chill then add ice into glass and pour in both liqueurs. Add in the tea and stir in the evaporated milk and sprinkle tapioca balls on top and served in a highball glass cold.
