Sotol Sour is comestible quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml sotol balam and 30ml lime juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place some ice cubes into cocktail shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
