Method - Shaken - Cold

Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker.
Shake well.
Put ice cubes into shaker.
Vigorously shake weel until bubbly.
Strain into glass.

Shaken with 45ml sotol hacienda de chihuahua and 20ml lime juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just pour ingredients into cocktail shaker then shake well and put ice cubes into shaker. Vigorously shake weel until bubbly and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
