  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass over ice.

Shaken with 30ml butterscotch liqueur kimberley rum and 30ml whisky cream carolans with 15ml milk full cream as well as 15ml cream including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
