Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice into shot rocks glass.
Pour in the curacao.
Add the cold rum.
Top with feijoa soda.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Feijoa Soda - Feijoa Soda is a light sweet soda made from the fruit of a feijoa sellowian and mixed with a club soda and comes is a light amber color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

SkyOS is energizing full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml curacao blue and 15ml rum gold amber with 45ml feijoa soda as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice into shot rocks glass then pour in the curacao and add the cold rum. Top with feijoa soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
