Side Hustle is scrummy very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum alta gama and 30ml rum light white expedition with 20ml passion fruit juice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add gold rum into bottom of glass then layer in the white rum and float the passionfruit juice on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
