Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Add rum to glass.
  3. Add lemon juice to glass.
  4. Drop seahourse into glass.
  5. Drink in one go.
  6. Must bite in two :)

Seahorse Challenge is palatable quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml fish seahorse and 60ml rum bundaberg with 10ml lemon juice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just warm glass then add rum to glass and add lemon juice to glass. Drop seahourse into glass and drink in one go and must bite in two :) and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
