Method
  1. In a collins glass add the ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the saint lucia rum.
  3. Add pineapple soda.
  4. Splash bitters on top.
  5. Delightful

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Saint Lucia is delightful quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum chairmans reserve and 40ml pineapple soda with 10ml bitters allspice kenny as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just in a collins glass add the ice cubes then pour in the saint lucia rum and add pineapple soda. Splash bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
