  1. Add ice to glass.

Rubis is drinkable weak cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 45ml strawberry liqueur suntory and 45ml lemon soda with 50ml ice also 50ml strawberry and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to glass then place cut strawberry halfs into glass and pour in strawberry liqueur. Top glass with lemon soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
