Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass over ice.

Rubus Cube is ambrosian strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 25ml gin damson and 15ml ginger liqueur giffard with 15ml raspberry juice as well as 10ml lemon juice including 25ml soda water also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
