Rocky Mountain Punch is very enjoyable strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 60ml sparkling wine white and 15ml rum pineapple takamaka with 15ml maraschino liqueur as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place the ice into short rocks glass, then add in the champagne and add rum on one side. Pour maraschino on the other and serve with pop rocks and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
