Ritz Old Fashioned is succulent strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml bourbon springbank and 10ml orange liqueur with 10ml maraschino liqueur as well as 10ml lemon juice including 10ml egg white also 10ml spritz syrup morand together with 10ml bitters and 40ml soda water along with 160ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Add ice to glass and rest and shake again then strain into glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
