Method - Stirred - Cold

Chill glass.
Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with fine julienne of lemonade zest.

Gin Remedy - Remedy gin is distilled wild and native bontanicals result in a distinctively Australian Gin. Pronounced Juniper eucalyptus pine and followed by a rounded finish of green tea shiso and honey.

Lemonade Syrup - Juice from the lemonade mixed is crossed between a mandarin orange and a lemon with sugar water to made into a thick sweet syrup.

Sweet Finicky is scrumptious strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin remedy and 20ml lemonade syrup with 45ml tonic water as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just chill glass then add ice to mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass and garnish with fine julienne of lemonade zest and served in a martini glass cold.
