Layered with 60ml champagne and 15ml amaretto liqueur lazzaroni with 15ml curacao blue leroux as well as 10ml lemon juice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add amaretto then spoon curacao and spoon lemon juice. Spoon Champagne and pousse-cafe and garnish with rose petal and served in a flute glass cold.
