Almond Liqueur Wenneker

Pomegranate Syrup

Ice

Lemon Juice

22% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.
Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
Finger Licking

Gin Bluebird - Bluebird gin is distilled first from rye. It is then redistilled and vapor infused with botanicals and spices like juniper followed by an invigorating blend of cucumber and citric zest balanced by soft hints of exotic spices.

Almond Liqueur Wenneker - Wenneker almond liqueur made rich in almond flavour and with a pleasant bitter aftertaste and brown in color.

Pomegranate Syrup - Pomegranate flavor syrup made with pomegranates and sugar also called grenadine.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Rising Sun Classic is finger licking quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin bluebird and 30ml almond liqueur wenneker with 30ml pomegranate syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Fine strain into glass and sprinkle lemon juice on top and served in a martini glass cold.
