Viscount is succulent quite strong cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml brandy grape armagnac oblin and 30ml tea faham and best at tea time. Just warm serving balloon glass then brew strong tea and add brandy to glass. Pour in shot of hot tea and serve with cheese and warm bread and served in a balloon glass warm.
