Method - Layered - Cold

Place the ice into rocks short glass.
Add in ounce of port wine.
Pour in the soda water.
Sprinkle the gold rum on top.

Port Wine - Port wine is fortified wine also called vinho do Porto in the style of port is produced with distilled grape spirits with wine.

Rum Alta Gama - Alta Gama amber rum made from sugarcane and aged well.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Ramsay is scrumptious above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml port wine and 15ml rum alta gama with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice into rocks short glass then add in ounce of port wine and pour in the soda water. Sprinkle the gold rum on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
