Method - Shaken - Warm

Warm glass.
Warm shaker and heat cubes.
Place anchovy into shaker and a pinch of mixed spice.
Add all other ingredients to warm shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Sprinkle a little salt on top.

Qaros is scrumptious strong cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml wine white and 25ml tsipouro gold katsaros with 25ml water souchy and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just warm glass then warm shaker and heat cubes and place anchovy into shaker and a pinch of mixed spice. Add all other ingredients to warm shaker and shake well and strain into glass and sprinkle a little salt on top and served in a liqueur glass warm.
