Method - Shaken - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour into glass over ice.

Blackberry Liqueur - Liqueur made from blackberries also called Creme de Mure.

Blackberry Liqueur

Almond Liqueur - Almond Liqueur flavoured from almonds and aged in alcohol.

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Almond Milk - Milk made from almonds.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Purple Cow is delicious above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml blackberry liqueur and 30ml almond liqueur with 20ml cream as well as 20ml almond milk including 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just pack ice into glass then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
