Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Drop in candied mandarin peel.
Quick shake to express peel.
Pour in both gins and juice.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour everything into tall glass.
Top glass with more ice.

Pure Copper is yum yum robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin dry pure mist and 30ml gin copperhead with 40ml mandarin juice as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then drop in candied mandarin peel and quick shake to express peel. Pour in both gins and juice and quick shake to mix and pour everything into tall glass then top glass with more ice and served in a highball glass cold.
