Prairie Fire is tasty heavy cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 60ml vodka pluto spirits and 10ml tabasco green pepper sauce and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add vodka then sprinkle tabasco on top and garnish with serrano chili and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
