Prawn is palatable strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky white rye belgrove and 15ml gin adnams with 30ml tomato juice as well as 10ml egg yolk including 5ml worcestershire sauce also 5ml vinegar white wine together with 5ml tabasco pepper sauce and 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just hook cooked prawns around edge of glass, tail out then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well until thick and creamy and strain into glass and serve with cocktail fork and melba roast and served in a saucer glass cold.
