Petal Search is good looking very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu yanghe haizhilan and 30ml sombai with 10ml curacao blue as well as 30ml soda water including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just in a highball glass add the ice cubes then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently dry stir without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
