Saint Christopher is gorgeous full bodied cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml brandy apple chateau du breuil and 15ml hazelnut liqueur giffard with 90ml water hot and had with cheese style dishes. Just warm wine glass then drop hazelnut into glass and add in the liqueur and brandy. Stir in the hoat water and served in a wine glass warm.
