Quince Pulp

Tea Yellow

Jerky Tuna

10% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Poured - Warm

Brew strong yellow tea.
Drop quince pulp into warm glass.
Pour in two shots of dark rum.
Stir in waem strong tea.
Good with tuna jerky.

Rum Gold Amber Captain - Captain Gold rumis a light gold with warm hints of caramel and vanilla and smooth and mellow with a warm nicely balanced finish.

Tea Yellow - Yellow tea is similar to that of normal tea but with an added step of encasing and steaming the tea this also gives the leaves a slightly yellow coloring.

Jerky Tuna - Tuna Jerky is lean trimmed meat that has been cut into strips and dehydrated to prevent spoilage.

Penguin Bukta is fortifying standard cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 60ml rum gold amber captain and 90ml quince pulp with 90ml tea yellow and best with morning tea snacks. Just brew strong yellow tea then drop quince pulp into warm glass and pour in two shots of dark rum. Stir in waem strong tea and good with tuna jerky and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
