Fig Liqueur Smokva

15ml

Fig Syrup

45ml

Soda Water

100ml

Ice

Marzipan Fig

7% Alcohol By Volume

14 Proof

0.5 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Pour all into glass.
Top glass with ice cubes.
Garnish with marzipan fig.
Delicious

Fig Liqueur Smokva - Smokva Fig Liqueur is a traditional Dalmatian liqueur made from dry figs from sunyy Primosten. Fig is an important fruit on our coast.

Fig Syrup - Syrup made from figs sugar and water.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Marzipan Fig - Fig Marzipan is a confection consisting primarily of sugar or honey and almond meal with a fig flavour and looks like a rip Fig.

Pencil Dick is delicious mild cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml fig liqueur smokva and 15ml fig syrup with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice cubes and garnish with marzipan fig and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
