Shaken with 30ml vodka horseradish ohso and 40ml tomato juice with 10ml pickle juice as well as 5ml tabasco pepper sauce including 5ml worcestershire sauce also 100ml ice and served with or for breakfast. Just cut a little horseradish into julienne and add to shaker then add half the ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Vigorously shake and pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with small pickles and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
