Pegasides is delish full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml verveine du velay green and 30ml soda water with 45ml sparkling wine white as well as 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add ice to old fashioned glass then pour in green verveine de velay and add soda water. Top glass with sparkling white wine and garnish with a blanched snow pea and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
