Method
  1. Add both scallops into glass.
  2. Splash celery bitters on top.
  3. Splash lemon juice over scallops.
  4. Pour the vodka over all.
  5. Add fork on the side.
  6. Eat cooked then smoked scallop.

Pectinidae is lovely average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka pink hearts distillery and 10ml lemon juice with 30ml scallop smoked as well as 30ml scallop cooked and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add both scallops into glass then splash celery bitters on top and splash lemon juice over scallops. Pour the vodka over all and add fork on the side and eat cooked then smoked scallop and served in a saucer glass at room temperature.
