  1. Warm glass.
  2. Place amaro into glass.
  3. Pour in white wine.
  4. Stir in tomato juice.
  5. Sprinkle italian spices on top.
  6. Good with hot salty chips.

Passata is piatti gustosi smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml amaro lucano and 30ml wine white airen with 90ml tomato juice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just warm glass then place amaro into glass and pour in white wine. Stir in tomato juice and sprinkle italian spices on top and good with hot salty chips and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
