Smoked Abalone is dainty above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka and 30ml longan pulp with 30ml abalone smoked and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just chill serving glass and mixing glass then hot smoke abalone then cool and super thin slice abalone and add to glass. Add vodka and pulp into mixing glass and stir well and pour mixture over slices abalone and splash a little truffle bitters on top and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
