Parrot is tasty very strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 25ml chartreuse liqueur yellow and 25ml vermouth dry with 10ml brandy apricot sisca as well as 10ml anisetta meletti including 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ice to mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
