Method
  1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  2. Dry shake without ice.
  3. Add ice to glass.
  4. Shake well again until fluffy.
  5. Prong strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with candied violet flowers.

Orchid is scrumptious very strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin dry earp and 15ml violet liqueur zymurgorium with 15ml egg white as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake without ice and add ice to glass. Shake well again until fluffy and prong strain into glass and garnish with candied violet flowers and served in a saucer glass cold.
