Operation Shelter is heerlike light in flavour cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml strawberry liqueur cream mozart and 30ml strawberry liqueur gabriel boudier with 30ml strawberry pulp as well as 60ml ice cream including 90ml milk and best at tea time. Just put ice cream into bar blender then pour all ingredients into blender and blend until very smooth. Pour blended mixture into glass and garnish top with a strawberry and served in a poco grande glass cold.
