Method
  1. Add half the ice into glass.
  2. Drop in two maraschino cherries.
  3. Pour soda into mixing glass.
  4. Stir in the bubble gum syrup.
  5. Pour into glass over ice and cherries.

Operation Tenterfield is moreish watery cocktail with no alcohol. Stirred with 15ml bubble gum syrup and 85ml creaming soda with 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice into glass then drop in two maraschino cherries and pour soda into mixing glass. Stir in the bubble gum syrup and pour into glass over ice and cherries and served in a highball glass cold.
